Located on the lower level of the hotel, the Spa William Gray is an urban hideaway where minimal design sensibility meets ultimate relaxation.

I head straight for its award-winning spa to enjoy a thermal experience where I hope to shed even more weight.

Here, you’ll find a soothing all-white salt room, thermal hydrotherapy circuit and state-of-the-art massage beds, including a heated, granular quartz-based one that your body literally sinks into. Heaven!

The first one I visit is conveniently located in the basement of my hotel. I part the thick steam of Spa William Gray’s hammam and saunter to the herbal sauna, where sprigs of lavender permeate the hot air.
