Our safety procedures

We have adapted our customer experience in order to best respond to new sanitary measures.
To ensure everyone's safety, we all have our role to play. We therefore ask you to respect the instructions below:

Phone icon
You can book your treatment by email, phone or online. You will receive a confirmation email, which you must present upon arrival. If you experience one or more of the Covid-19 symptoms, we ask that you postpone your appointment to a later date.

An individual at the door icon
With the new measures that we have implemented, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes before the start of your treatment (Need to arrive 30 minutes before for body treatments). If this is not respected, we may ask you to wait outside the spa.

Questionnaire icon
At the time of your reservation, you will receive by email a health questionnaire to complete and return to us. This questionnaire is important in order to be able to enter our spa.

Hand washing icon
Hand washing is mandatory when entering and leaving the spa as well as before and after your treatment. We have put at your disposal several disinfection stations; do not hesitate to use them regularly.

Social distancing icon
A 2-meter distance is recommended between customers and staff throughout the spa. You will find several posters and signs on the ground to help direct you inside our establishment.

Forbidden hair dryer and bottle icons
The spa snack station will be out of service. We encourage you to bring your own already filled bottle. You can also purchase it at the reception.
We have made the decision to remove all common items such as hair dryers and cleansing cottons from the locker room. Feel free to bring your own equipment. (Dryers will be available upon request at the reception)

Mask icon
Mandatory mask when entering the spa and for the duration of your treatment, except for facial treatments. Our beauticians and massage therapists will also wear a mask. If necessary, we can give you one at reception.

Payment Card icon
We encourage contactless payments (credit cards, debit and gift).

Our Security Measures

To ensure the health and safety of our customers and employees, we have implemented several measures:

Social distancing icon
We now limit spa traffic to two arrivals at a time.
We also recommend a 2-meter distance between customers and all staff.

Cleaning & disinfection icon
The common areas (reception, changing rooms) will be cleaned several times per day.
The treatment rooms will also be fully disinfected after each client has passed through and will then be ventilated for at least 15 minutes before being reused for another client.

All the spa employees have been trained to implement these new protocols for the reopening. Training will continue to take place on a very regular basis. In addition, their state of health will be consulted daily and if a doubt should arise, the employee will be asked to stay home.
All staff in contact with customers must wear a mask at all times. Of course, our massage therapists will display the respiratory label for the duration of your treatment. Finally, protective walls have been installed at the reception level.

Cleaning product icon
Bedding, towels and all equipment used for the care of a client will be immediately removed from the room and cleaned.
In addition, the therapists will change their shirt and mask between each client.

Calendar Icon
We understand that it can still be difficult to plan and schedule an appointment several days or weeks in advance. This is why we have revised our cancellation policy and made it more flexible to meet your needs. If you experience one or more of the Covid-19 symptoms, we ask that you postpone your appointment to a later date.

We continue to follow the recommendations and decisions made by the government very closely, and we are committed to applying all the rules issued by public health at all times.

Know that we have decided to implement this protocol in order to ensure your health and safety, which are essential for us.
