Hotel William Gray Guests and Members have 24-hour fitness centre access.
Location
Spa William Gray may be accessed from the ground floor of Hotel William Gray via elevator. Hotel William Gray guests may access Spa facilities from their floor by taking the elevator to SS1 Floor.
Scheduling an Appointment
To schedule an appointment, please call our Spa Team at +1 438 387 2008 or book online. Hotel William Gray Guests can dial 872 from their room telephone. Advance reservations are recommended to accommodate your preferences. Credit card details are required to secure all Spa bookings.
Arrival Time
We encourage you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment, or at least 90 minutes prior if you are planning on using the thermal experience beforehand. Be sure to reserve the thermal experience to guarantee yourself a spot if you want to combine it with your treatment. Late arrival will result in a shorter treatment time.
Valet Parking
Enjoy complimentary valet parking (for 3 hours) with an appointment. Subject to availability. Please advise Spa Team at time of booking. Fees may apply if the duration exceeds 3 hours.
Silence
Spa William Gray is a space of serenity and tranquility. Please respect your fellow guests’ right to privacy. We encourage a mobile phone free zone.
What to Bring
Robes and slippers are provided for use during your visit. Bathing suits are required for the thermal experience. Bathing suits are available for purchase. Our locker rooms are equipped with all the necessary amenities to meet your needs.
Pregnancy
We offer specially designed massage for expectant mothers after their first trimester. Please allow our spa team to guide you in selecting the most suitable treatments.
Health Conditions
When making your spa reservation, kindly advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries that could affect your service.
Prices and Gratuities
All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars and are subject to government sales tax. Gratuity is not included and is at your discretion. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Cancellation Policy
A 100% cancellation charge will be incurred for any treatment not cancelled at least 24 hours prior to an appointment.
For group cancellation, full processing fees will be charged in case of cancellation within 7 days of the appointment.
Minimum Age
Guests must be 18 or over to have access to the Spa, including the thermal circuit and pool.

Available in limited quantities, Spa William Gray membership offers a multitude of exclusive benefits to its members.
